We employ Gestalt Therapy methods that integrate a holistic approach alongside person-centered care, structural elements, and Bowen family systems theory. The primary aim of our therapeutic sessions is to facilitate healing, rejuvenation, and self-awareness regarding personal strengths. Our objective is to create a neutral and secure environment for couples, families, and individuals where concerns are actively heard, and treatment plans are tailored to meet specific needs.

We look forward to supporting clients at every step of their journey. The goal is to help couples, families, and individuals grow from struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in their lives.

Depression, anxiety, and fear rank among the most prevalent and distressing emotions that individuals may face throughout their lives. The primary aim of person-centered therapy is to cultivate coping strategies that help restore the motivation, outlook, and happiness one previously experienced. Furthermore, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is effective in pinpointing the triggers that contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, and fear.

Many people may encounter symptoms linked to distressing and traumatic experiences. Emotions such as anxiety, fear, and hopelessness often persist following such events. We are here to assist you in overcoming these challenges and to support you in your journey of grief and healing. Our Brainspotting Practitioners are dedicated to providing the help you need.

By utilizing the Gottman Relationship Repair and Method model alongside Emotionally Focused Therapy, couples seeking to enhance their emotional bond at any phase of their relationship can greatly benefit from counseling. Therapy sessions, conducted with both partners present, provide a constructive environment for addressing concerns and exploring solutions aimed at fortifying the relationship.
