Couples, Family, Individual, Group Therapy, Clinical Supervision
As a licensed and experienced therapists, I work with clients with serious mental health disorders and general relational problems within couples, families, and individuals by providing a neutral ground. Therapy is a way of exploring possibilities in relationships, growing through phases of life, and discovering personal growth, from budding relationships to reconnecting with family members. The remarkable aspect of life is growing, learning, and exploring. Therapy provides a safe space for the personal exploration of life.

I use Gestalt Therapy techniques with a focus on the whole person combined with person-centered, structural, and Bowen family systems. The focus during therapy is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. The goal is to provide a neutral and safe space for couples, families, and individuals, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
I look forward to supporting clients at every step of their journey. The goal is to help couples, families, and individuals grow from struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in their lives.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience at some point in our lives. Developing coping skills to recover the motivation, perspective, and joy you once had are the goals for person-centered therapy. Cognitive Behavior Therapy can help identify triggers that promote stress, fear, depression, and anxiety.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Brainspotting Practitioners are here to help.
By applying the Gottman Relationship Repair and Method model and Emotional Focused Therapy, relationship counseling can benefit couples looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to strengthen your relationship.
