Behavioral Health Insurance covers services deemed a Medical Necessity.

Medical Necessity Criteria: When psychotherapy is included in a treatment plan aimed at enhancing an individual's functioning, particularly when facing a serious condition, medical necessity criteria (MNC) comprise a set of medical and behavioral health standards/assessments utilized to assess whether a specific situation qualifies for the required services covered by behavioral and mental health insurance.

Services and Rates:

• Individual Therapy - $125/Hr.
• Pre-Marital and Couples Therapy  - $200/Hr.
• Sports Mental Performance Consultation - $250/Hr.
• Gottman Connect Love Map (Includes Relationship Builder Mapping)- $275/Hr. 
• Gottman Love Connect (Psychoeducation Materials Only)  - $225/Hr.
• Family Therapy  - $250/Hr.
• Co-Parenting - $200/Hr.
