Our psychiatric evaluations are conducted in close partnership with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners who are integrated into your care plan from day one. This means your evaluation findings are not just a report — they become the foundation for medication management, therapy referrals, and coordinated follow-up care. We serve children, adolescents, and adults across NY, NJ, CT, MI, and Canada.

We accept state, legal, and court referrals for psychiatric evaluations and follow all state-mandated reporting requirements to ensure every assessment is conducted with clinical rigor and legal integrity. To request a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation, contact us at [email protected].

Psychological Testing

Formal psychological testing and measurement-based care to guide treatment and level of care decisions.

We perform formal psychological testing using validated tools — GAD-7, PHQ-9, PCL-5, and CAMS. For battery-based testing such as IQ or neuropsychological evaluations, we refer to Licensed Psychologists with specialization in those areas.

Psychological Testing

Our psychological testing practice is built around two distinct but complementary services. First, we administer formal standardized instruments — the GAD-7 (anxiety), PHQ-9 (depression), PCL-5 (trauma/PTSD), and CAMS (suicide risk) — at regular intervals throughout treatment to give clinicians and clients objective, measurable data on progress and level-of-care needs. Second, when a client requires comprehensive battery-based psychological testing — such as intellectual assessments (IQ), neuropsychological evaluations, or specialized diagnostic profiling — we do not attempt to replicate that specialized scope. Instead, we facilitate warm referrals to Licensed Psychologists with advanced training and credentialing in those areas, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care for every type of evaluation they need.
